WELCOME!
Hello, welcome to the Susie P Charitable Foundation. This website is designed to introduce you to the work of our small foundation and the reason why it was first established. The site will keep you up-to-date with projects that we are running and more importantly, how you can help to achieve the Foundation’s objective of helping young
people with cancer.
WHAT WE DO
Our aim is to support children (Up to the age of 16) who are suffering from cancer in the West Yorkshire area. We have supported many local Hospices and fellow charities including Candlelighters, Martin House and Forget Me Not Hospices, all in the local area.
LATEST PROJECT
DONATION MADE TO CANDLELIGHTERS - NEW PATIENT PACKS AND END OF TREATMENT BAGS
We are happy to announce we've made a new donation of £9,000 to the amazing Candlelighters charity. This funding will enable the charity to provide New Patient Packs and End of Treatment Bags to help support children and their families through their cancer journey.
Both of these resources have the dual purpose of providing children and their families with practical items that will
be helpful and bring some fun into an often dark time, but are also crucial in signposting families to Candlelighters
support and helping them to engage with services to improve their mental wellbeing.
